Cancellation: Free cancellation with full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled setup. No refund for cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours. Refunds are processed manually by the hotel within 5 business days.
Room care: Only hotel-approved decorations are used. No tacks, tape, confetti or open flames (LED candles are provided). Furniture is not moved. Guests are billed for damage or excessive cleaning.
Security deposit: A refundable security deposit may be held on your card at the front desk for the room. It is released after the event.
